Strict conditions for obtaining a Dutch work permit
Please be informed that the Netherlands has a very strict admission policy concerning employees from outside of the EU. Before granting a permit to a foreign employee, an employer must show proof that he or she has been searching for a suitable candidate on the Dutch or European labour markets.

Higky Skilled Migrants
This strict criteria does neither applies to Highly Skilled Migrants. Employees who have higher position based on their higher education background and / or special skills, are qualified to make use of the highly skilled migrants scheme.
